Does 2.5 quarts low seem kind of excessive? Last oil change was 6 months ago. Will it magically turn off after X miles, like Jiffy Lube said?Ģ) There are no oil leaks. So my questions:ġ) Is there another way to turn the CEL off? I pulled the ECU fuse for a minute, but it didn't do it. I don't really want to pull the positive on the battery (radio presets, security code, all that). The CEL is still lit three days and 29 miles later. Took it to Jiffy Lube and got it changed. Went to Autozone and got the codes pulled: P3400. Nothing changed in performance, except that the ECO system doesn't activate because of the CEL. Then a few weeks after that, the CEL (yellow engine light) turned on while driving. Since the oil change is so expensive, I thought I'd wait until it was 0%. After a few seconds, the oil life will be reset and the indicator will show 100%.In my 2011 EX-L, the little wrench light came on when it deemed it had 10% oil life. Step 8: Press the Enter button to reset the oil life.If you have other due items, you can choose “All Due Items”. Step 6: The oil life indicator will now show up.Use the down arrow button again to highlight the Oil Life option. Step 5: The second option on the Maintenance menu is the Oil Life.Press it once to go into the Maintenance options. Step 4: In the middle of the arrow buttons, you will find the “Enter” button.Keep pressing the down arrow until “Maintenance” is highlighted. Step 3: Use the “Downward Arrow” button to scroll through the menu.Press this button once to open the menu on the driver’s display. Step 2: On the left side of the steering wheel, there is a small “Home” button.Step 1: Turn the electronics and display on by keeping the ignition key in the “RUN” position, just like I said in the previous method. Here is how you reset the oil life using these buttons. The Honda Odyssey models after 2008 have multiple buttons on the steering wheel.
